- Guest Service Agent
Key Responsible:
- Assist guests with check-in, stay, and check-out
- Handle guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional way
- Manage reservations and update booking information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other teams
- Ensure guest data and room information are accurate
- Support daily front office operations
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or front office role
- Familiar with villa or hotel operations
- Experience with Beds24 system is preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Friendly, responsible, and guest-oriented attitude
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Able to use basic computer and online systems
