1. Director of Construction.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years’ experience in high-end residential or resort construction, with 5+ in a senior management role.
- Skilled in managing high-value projects within complex stakeholder environments, with strong expertise in project management tools, cost control systems, and Indonesian construction regulations.
2. Corporate Finance Manager.
Key Requirements:
- Professionally qualified accountant with credentials comparable to CPA, CA, or ACCA
- 10+ years’ experience in financial planning & analysis, group reporting, or audit, ideally within multinational and multi-entity structures
- Proven experience in real estate finance, group reporting, FP&A, audit, and capital structuring, with a strong understanding of hospitality investments and effective stakeholder engagement.
General Requirement:
A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential
