We are looking for an outstanding candidate, who is highly motivated, self-directed, honest and disciplined individual that is able to work in a fast-paced environment, with experience in a similar field to apply for the following position:
1. Human Resources Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR and GA, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong experience in team building, system creation, policy development, and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to set up and improve HR & GA systems, workflows, and SOPs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in a fast-paced or multi-entity environment is an advantage
- High level of integrity, maturity, and professional judgment.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage all HRGA functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, training & development, and general affairs operations
- Build and develop the HRGA team by creating clear systems, SOPs, and workflows that support efficiency, compliance, and strong internal collaboration
- Oversee end-to-end payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, employee data updates, and coordination with Finance for timely disbursement
- Drive training initiatives by identifying competency gaps, creating development plans, and evaluating training effectiveness to support organizational growth
- Manage GA activities such as office operations, facilities, assets, procurement, housekeeping, security, and vendor relations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Provide strategic support to management on workforce planning, organizational structure, HRGA policies, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure company regulations, labor compliance, permits, and documentation are properly maintained
- Act as a key partner to the leadership team by supporting operational decisions, driving culture-building initiatives, and ensuring HRGA practices align with business objectives.
