General Manager
Requirements:
- Extensive General Manager / Hotel Manager experience with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant position
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, ideally within a corporate or hospitality environment
- Complete understanding of all aspects of hotel operations
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills, in particular revenue management and sales marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills
Sales Manager
Requirements:
- At least 2 (two) years experience at the same field in the 3/4 stars hotel
- Sales strategy & planning, reporting analysis
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue
- A customer-oriented and hospitality attitude
- Can work with targets, under pressure & can driver a car (must have driving license)
- Process track record with references, able to join immediately
Executive Chef
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in a 3/4 star hotel
- Minimum education of D3/Diploma in hospitality or culinary arts
- Strong skills in leadership, operational management, and cost control
- Knowledge of ISO / HACCP standards
- Creative in menu development (Indonesian & International cuisine)
- Good command of English
