Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Familiar with OSS and legal procedures
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance in Indonesia:
experience in ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations
- Excellent skills in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
