Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager role in hotel or hospitality operations
- Excellent leadership, people management, and decision making skills
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting and cost control
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Results driven with a strong focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field is preferred
