Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or related field / specialization
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4-star resort hotel
- Experience in cost control implementation, labor cost management, demonstration cooking and menu development
- Familiar with HACCP procedures
- Good personality, high integrity, and professional appearance
- Strong leadership skills and able to work in a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with VHP system
- Able to join immediately
