1. Chief Engineer
General Requirement:
- Relevant education background in Engineering or a related field / specialization (Diploma or Degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in maintenance, especially in chillers, freezers, and kitchen equipment
- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Self-motivated within excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance programs
- Professional attitude, and passionate about the job
- Able to join immediately
