We are looking for potential candidates who have the skills and knowledge as listed below:
1. Director of Sales Marketing
Qualifications:
1. 8-10 years of experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
2. Proven experience in 4-5 star hotels and/or luxury serviced residence
3. Well established network across the corporate, government, embassy, MICE, travel agent, OTA, and long stay markets
4. Strong knowledge of revenue management, sales strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis
5. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills
6. Fluency in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage
