- Same field experience as an Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager
- Venue Manager, or similar position
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
- Good communication, negotiation, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge in budget control, operational reporting, POS System, and Microsoft Office
- Placement in Gianyar
