1. Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Young, dynamic, energetic, creative Chef
- Currently an Executive Chef or a motivated Sous Chef from a 5-star property
- Experience in Vegan/Vegetarian food
- Passionate about cooking, discovering local regions, and working with local ingredients
- Creative and innovative with cuisine, using both modern and classical techniques
- Dedicated to producing high-quality dishes with strong attention to presentation
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with great eye for detail
- Highly operational, a true hands-on, on-the-floor professional
- People-oriented, sensitive to staff needs, and an excellent team player
- Strong customer relations skills with a focus on guest engagement
- ServeSafe certified, with expert knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety practices, and the ability to correct operational problems
- Train the Trainer Certified.
