Positions:
- Chef de Cuisine
- Sous Chef
General requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or head chef role.
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience managing high-volume or high-end operations.
- Experience working on a remote island.
- Competency in delegating and overseeing all kitchen operations.
- Ability to collaborate with management on marketing, events, and customer feedback.
