2. Chef de Partie (Butcher)
3. FBS Supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants or reputable catering establishments (1,2,3)
• Passionate and up to date with food trends (1)
• Experience in domestic & international cuisine essential (1)
• Passionate and customer driven (3)
• Banqueting experience an advantage (3)
• Good communication skills (1,2,3)
• Good relationship & teamwork (1,2,3)
