Qualifications:
- Proven experience minimum three years in the same capacity
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English)
- Able to establish a friendly atmosphere of supervisor guest service and product quality
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Solid team player with strong focus on attention to details
- Ability to train and develop
- Innovative and implement new ideas / concepts. Build and maintain team morale and demonstrate effective leadership skills
