Your experience and skills include:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Good communication skills and strong leadership
• Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Good inventory tracking and control
What you will be doing:
• Coordinates activities of store, kitchen supplies, and equipment
• Responsible for coordinating work of activities such as dishwashing, silver cleaning, and storage and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies
• Observes and evaluates employees performance to devise methods for improving efficiency and guard against theft and wastage
