- Minimum of 1 years of experience in similar position
- Able to communication clearly and courteously with guests and colleagues, handle inquiries confidently, and work well in a fast paced team environment
- Experienced in hotel operational procedures, with good time management and adaptability
- Willing to learn, proactive, and shows strong motivation to grow in the hospitality industry
