About the role
- Conduit daily briefing and ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members
- Supervise and manager daily activities of the department
- Ensure that all team members are properly trained and have the tolls and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective job duties
- Educate / train team members on current safety issues to ensure compliance with all local laws and safety regulations
- Ensure the execution and achievement of the hotel’s preventive maintenance program
- Monitor budget and control expenses within all areas of the department
- Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial
Your skills & experiences:
- Experience in professional management within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- High motivated, able to work under pressure, and collaborate effectively in a team
