We are hiring for:
- Food & Beverage Manager
About the role:
- Directs and coordinates all Food and Beverage operations across outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets
- Ensures high standards of food quality, service excellence, hygiene are consistently maintained and Monitors guest feedback
- Collaborates with the Executive Chef and other departments to create innovative dining experiences and promotional events
Your skills & experiences:
- Have an experience in similar position
- Good communication skills both in Bahasa and English
- High school or diploma from a hospitality school preferred
