1. Cluster Executive Housekeeper
About the role:
- Manage the housekeeping team, including hiring, training, and evaluating team performance
- Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling team members, assigning tasks, and ensuring adequate coverage
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and replenishing cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment
- Monitor and control departmental expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
Your skills & experiences:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Hotel Management degree is an asset
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant position in 5 stars hotel experience is a must
- Prior pre-opening experience is highly desirable
- Always strives to ensure maximum comfort and excellent service, can professionally resolve comments and complaints.
