General requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 3 or 4-star hotel
- Strong knowledge of OTA systems, channel managers, and Property Management Systems (VHP). (1)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure
- Analytical mindset with a commercial approach and customer-first attitude.
