Monkey Coffee Lombok is looking for a Head Chef / Kitchen Lead to join our opening team in Kuta, Lombok.
We are looking for an experienced chef who can help us develop the menu, set up the kitchen, train the team, and lead daily kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Experience as Head Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Lead, or Senior Cook
- Strong knowledge of café, brunch, or casual dining food
- Able to create recipes, organize prep, and train staff
- Clean, organized, responsible, and able to lead a team
- Available to work in Kuta, Lombok
