Qualifications:
- Indonesia nationality only
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the same position
- Creative in menu design and responsive to market needs
- Familiar with food costing and understand to manage food cost
- Ability to train and guide the kitchen team to achieve the quality and targets that have been set
- Adherence to kitchen hygiene standard
- Ability to maintain consistency of kitchen product
- Has good personality and attitude, always performs in professional manners
- Passionate, highly self-motivated in achieving goals
