We are looking for professionals and motivated young talents for the following position:
1. Sous Chef
Requirements:
- Overseeing food production in accordance with quality and presentation standards
- Possessing experience in menu creation / planning
- Managing inventory and preparing kitchen work schedules
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
- Experience as a Sous Chef within 1-2 years
- Team leading and management experience
- Good understanding of Ms Office and restaurant software programs
- Teamwork oriented with outstanding leadership abilities
- Preparing operational reports and coordinating with the team
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
