Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent guest engagement
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments
- Organized, adaptable, and able to handle daily guest-related activities
- Energetic, well-groomed, and able to represent the hotel professionally
Additional Requirements For Duty Manager:
- Demonstrates leadership and supports team collaboration
- Able to make sound decisions and handle challenges effectively
- Capable of assisting guest concerns and coordinating operations
- Proactive, responsible, and a team player
