• Chef de Partie (CDP)
The General Qualifications :
• Male / Female, max 35 years old
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the same field at 3 or 4 stars hotel chain
• Graduated from a reputable university or a specialized hospitality
• Candidate know Indonesian and Western Cuisine
• Candidate able to maintain stock and maintain food-cost standard
• Fluent in English both orally and written
• Creative team player, with a sense of initiative and dedication to deliver a high level of guest services activities
• Presentable appearance with good with good personality
