Moritz Hospitality is looking for potential candidates with passion and professionalism to join our team for the following position:
1. Chief Engineering (CH-ENG)
General requirements:
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines)
- Having min. 5 years of experience in the same or related position
- Proven skills as a Supervisor / Coordinator in the maintenance of generators, HVAC, electrical systems, electronics, mechanical systems, pumps, and civil works in hotels, apartments, or office buildings
- Strong knowledge in preventive maintenance management, budgeting, and coordination of projects & vendors
- Demonstrates leadership, strong analytical skills, and technical management using Digital Systems (BAS Building Automation System)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willing to be placed in the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN)
