- Housekeeping Supervisor
About the role:
- Supervise daily activities of room attendants and public area attendants
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering regarding room status, maintenance requests, and guest requirements
- Check VIP rooms, long-stay guests, and special requests to ensure personalized attention.
Your skills & experiences:
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, linen management, and luxury brand service standards
