1. Pastry Chef
About the role:
- Leading and training all kitchen colleagues on menu execution and techniques and HACCP
- Ensuring adherence to food hygiene practices and health & safety regulations for yourself and the team
- Assist in planning and developing pastry menus, including creating new recipes and desserts.
Your skills & experiences:
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
- Vibrant personality, professional and always well-presented
- A positive 'can do' attitude and the ability to work within a team environment
- The ability to create new and innovative pastry and dessert designs, flavors, and presentations.
