1. Guest Service Center – Daily Worker
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (DI) in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in Guest Service Center (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Able to operate hotel systems (Power Pro experience is a plus)
- Multitasking and strong problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
