1. Talent & Culture Officer / Coordinator
About the role:
- This position is responsible for providing administrative support to colleagues in the Talent & Culture (HR) function to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Talent & Culture initiatives and projects.
Your skills & experiences:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management/Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar capacity with proven track records in international hotel chains in Indonesia
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
- Strong leadership, team player, attention to detail in quality with good communications skills, service oriented, energetic
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively, open minded.
