• Executive Assistant Manager
Your experience & skills include :
• Diploma degree from an accredited university
• Experiences as EAM in 4 stars international hotel in Indonesia or at least minimum 5 years of operational management experience with strong in F&B background international hotel in Indonesia
• Fluent in English
• Strong in organization, good communication and leadership
• Monitor all sub activities, completes financial management task for department
What you will be doing :
• To be fully in charge of hotel operations during GM's absence
• Prepare monthly reports for owning company
• To set a high quality of service as per Novotel Standard
• Passion for service and desire to provide outstanding guest service
• Self driven person and able adapt with new environment
• Excellent communication skills and punctualit
• Strict adherence to policies, standard and procedure
• High commitment and strong leadership, good team player
