What position we are hiring for:
- Housekeeping Manager
About the role:
- Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying Novotel brand's mindset
- To supervise the maintenance of cleanliness and attractive appearance in Guest accommodation and Public Areas
- Delegates to and supervises all staff within the Department and assists them in preparing work schedules
- To be ready and responsible to perform any other duties as designated or required by Management from time to time
- Performs other related duties and special projects as required by the General Manager
- Complying and implementing policies &procedures and rules as laid down by A ACCOR and the hotel to achieve the highest levels of uniformity an and quest service.
Your skills & experiences:
- Fluent in English and the national language
- Min 3 years of experience at the same position in a Midscale International business hotel with min 250 rooms 3 to 4 years further education or equivalent, professional diploma majoring in Room Division
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
