About the role:
- Takes care of the arrival & departure processes for guest in compliance with the internal procedures
- Contributes to guest satisfaction at all the times by providing high quality service
- Has good knowledge of hotel informations
Your skills & experiences:
-High motivation & guest service oriented
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Excellent in reading, writing & oral proficiency in English language
