The Requirements:
- Background: 3—5+ years of leadership in 5-star kitchen or high end international restaurants
- Cuisine Mastery: expert in Western techniques (Grill, Sauces, and Modern European / Mediterranean)
- Operational Power: Proven ability to manage high-volume Buffett flow while maintaining a la carte quality
- Leadership: A disciplined mentor who leads by example and team player
