We are currently looking for passionate and enthusiastic applicants who could deliver exceptional levels of service and provide solutions for the following positions:
1. Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or hospitality is an advantageous (Mandarin Speaker Preferred)
- High school diploma are welcome
- Proven experience working as a Guest Service Agent in the hospitality industry minimum 2 years in the same position
- Communicate well in English both spoken and written
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and upselling skills
- Willing to work hard and able to work in Shift and Public Holiday review
