1. Guest Service Agent
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business administration of hospitality is an advantage
- High school diploma are welcome
- Proven experience working as a guest service agent in the hospitality industry industry minimum 2 years in the same position
- Communicate well in English both spoken and written
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and upselling skills
- Willing to work hard and able to work in shift and public holiday
