Resort Manager / General Manager
Boutique Luxury Villa Resort | Bali, Indonesia
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on hospitality professional to lead our boutique resort in Bali, featuring 23 private villas, a spa, and a Japanese sushi/sake bar.
We are seeking someone who combines a passion for hospitality with strong business acumen - a natural leader who understands that exceptional guest experiences and financial performance go hand in hand.
The Role:
- Take full responsibility for resort operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Lead and inspire the team, building a culture of genuine hospitality, accountability, and efficiency.
- Drive revenue, manage costs, and continuously improve profitability.
- Maintain high standards across villas, spa, F&B, and all guest services.
- Work directly with ownership to develop and implement new ideas and improvements.
Who we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in luxury hospitality, ideally boutique resorts or private villas.
- Strong commercial mindset with proven financial and operational management skills.
- A proactive, resourceful leader who is comfortable being involved in day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Experience in Bali's hospitality market is an advantage.
