Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or pastry shop
- Expertise in pastry techniques, baking methods, and flavour profiles
- Strong team leadership and task delegation skills
- Good knowledge of health and safety standards
- Experience in food cost control and recipe costing
- Skilled in chocolate and sugar work
- Excellent organisationals and time management skills
