- Operations Manager
We run 4 F&B outlets in Jakarta and we're looking for someone who owns the floor - not from behind a desk.
What you'll do:
- Daily outlet inspections across all 6 locations
- Build and enforce SOPs, cleaning checklists, opening procedures
- Develop the next layer of outlet leaders from within
- Be the accountability layer between the GM and floor teams
What we're looking for:
- 5-7 years F&B ops, multi-outlet experience
- Structured group background (hotel chain, franchise, or mid-large restaurant group)
- Strong on systems - and comfortable holding people accountable
- Jakarta-based, on the floor daily
What we offer:
- Rp. 13.000.000 - Rp. 16.000.000/month based on experience
- Direct report to GM
- Real ownership - you're building the ops function, not inheriting one
