Qualifications:
- At least 2 years working experience in a 3-star category hotel
- Advanced skills in Microsoft excel, and hotel management software as VHP & ESB system
- Understanding of bookkeeping, cost analysis, and budget control principles
- Proficient in food cost analysis, beverage cost, usage reports, variance reports, etc.
