Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in hotel / restaurant management is desirable
- Hands on operational experience with sales and marketing background
- Strong leadership ability: motivate, change, and lead others to success
- Must have good analytical skills and decision-making ability
- Proven ability to drive revenue, guest and employee satisfaction
- Possess effective and efficient communication skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
