Requirement:
- Indonesian Nationality Only
- Previous as Executive Sous chef for minimum 1 year or strong Chef De Cuisine minimum 2 years (1)
- Previous experience as Chief Steward minimum 1 year (2)
- Strong Knowledge in HACCP(1&2)
- Strong communication skill (1&2)
- Experience in All Day Dining , Banqueting (1)
- Has strong personality,hands on(1&2)
- Familiar with VHP System(1&2)
