- Housekeeping Supervisor
Requirements:
- Excellent English language proficiency with great communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-3 years experience at the same position in 4/5 stars hotel or service apartment
- Knowledge in housekeeping, administration and management
- Knowledge in hotel systems such as hotel information system, preferred HIS epitome, pax, call accounting, and taks management system
- Leadership and training skills, as well as customer service and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, priorities tasks to complete them effectively
- Meticulous, able to complete tasks accurately, according to guest’s satisfaction
- Independent worker, able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work with team and other departments
- Preferably male candidates
