1. Purchasing Supervisor
Your experience and skills include :
• 5 Stars & Luxury brand experience will be beneficial
• Bachelor Degree in an accredited university in Finance, Accounting or related maj major
• Familiar completely with Material Control systems will be beneficial
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
What you will be doing :
• Implement sound purchasing policies, systems and procedures in accordance with Company standards
• Monitor vendors for quality, service and price through standard purchasing specifications
• Obtain competitive quotations for hotel requirements and ensure that the t product sourced and purchased
• Verifies that all documentation and proper quotations are well maintained and filed according to Policy and Procedure requirements
