About the role:
- Deliver high-quality service and ensure excellent guest satisfaction at all times
- Maintain consistent standards of quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety
- Demonstrate good knowledge of hotel facilities, products, and services
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve operational goals
- Perform daily responsibilities efficiently while supporting operational excellence and adhering to company standards
Your skills & experiences:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role
- Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
