Job Description :
1. Maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals. Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity. quality, and customer-service standards.
2. Promoting and marketing the restaurant.
3. Motivate, train and appraise staff performance to provide excellent customer service and improve productivity.
4. Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
5. Maintains budget, monitors costsand drink recipe documentation.
6. Communicate with customers to receive feedback and respond efficiently and accurately to manage complaints.
Requirement :
1. Minimum 1-2 years' proven work experience as Restaurant & Bar Manager.
2. Good Leadership and Organization Skill to influence others to achieve common goals.
3. Excellent English Communication Skill.
4. Good Knowledge for wine pairing and mixology
5. Ready to join immediately.
