• Assistant Front Office Manager

 

Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent is required for the position.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in related position in a chain hotel.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

- E-commerce and revenue management experienced is a must.

- Experience with a Hotel loyalty program.

- Strong pricing analytic skills

- Advanced experience with micros system.

- Responsible for general administration of the Front Office operations.

- Coordinates front office activities of hotel and resolve problems arising from guests' complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, requests and inquiries. Directs and works with front office staff to carry out guest arrival and departure procedures. Ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing the financial performance of the department.
