We're opening recruitment for the following positions:
1. Executive Secretary & Public Relation
Job Description:
- Manage the General Manager's schedule, including appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and organize important documents, reports, and presentations.
- Help organize hotel events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a Public Relations role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Waitress
Job Description:
- Greet and escort guests to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure table settings are clean, neat, and prepared according to hotel standards.
- Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, including handling guest requests and complaints.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum high school or vocational school graduate (Hospitality background preferred).
- Well-groomed, friendly, and service-oriented personality.
- Team player with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic English communication skills (verbal) preferred.
3. DW Enggineering
Job Description:
- Perform basic maintenance tasks as assigned (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, etc.)
- Assist engineering team in routine inspections of hotel facilities and equipment
- Stand by/on call for urgent issues during working hours
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably from a technical/vocational background (Electrical, Mechanical, Building, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), and general repair work
- Physically fit and able to work on shifts or flexible schedules
4. DW Commis
Job Description:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Support senior chefs in daily operations, including mise en place and food plating.
- Ensure kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate or vocational certificate in Culinary or related field.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene.
