Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with good proficiency in English
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar role
- A motivated and energetic team player with a passion for great guest service
- Able to solve problems calmly and professional under pressure
- Skilled in handling guest enquiries and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
