General Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position (1).
- Minimum 6 months experience in similar position (2).
- Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building maintenance, and preventive maintenance (1).
- Good knowledge of Housekeeping operations and guestroom facilities is an advantage (1).
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills (1).
- Familiar with K3, fire safety, and hotel safety standards (1).
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Well groomed is a must.
- Able to join immediately.
